The quickest way to get your first staff member using POS Time Tracker

1. Accessing the App

  1. After installation, find POS Time Tracker under Apps in your Shopify admin.

  2. Tip: pin it to your Shopify admin side navigation for quick access.

2. Setting Up POS Time Tracker on Your Devices

  1. Install on All POS Devices:

    • Within Shopify Admin, go to Point of Sale > Settings > POS Apps.

    • Locate POS Time Tracker Clock Extension and click Add. This will create a smart tile on your Shopify POS devices for easy access.

  2. Clocking In/Out:

    • Staff members can now log in to Shopify POS as usual and see the POS Time Tracker smart tile on the Home tab.

    • They simply click the smart tile to clock in or out. A confirmation message will appear once the action is completed successfully.

POS Time Tracker will automatically sync all staff members from your Shopify account. However, we only count staff with at least 1 clock entry towards your subscription.
