HOW TO ADD THE SCHEDULE TILE TO SHOPIFY POS
You can add the tile per device, or remotely using Shopify’s Smart Grid editor.
Open Shopify POS.
Go to the Home screen (Smart Grid).
Add the POS Time Tracker Schedule tile (subtitle: “My Schedule”).
HOW STAFF USE IT
In Shopify POS, tap the “My Schedule” tile.
Review upcoming shifts.
You’ll see “No upcoming published shifts.” if there are no shifts.
TROUBLESHOOTING
I see “No upcoming published shifts”
Confirm the schedule is published (not just saved as a draft).
Confirm the staff member has shifts assigned in the published schedule.
Confirm the staff member is logged into Shopify POS as the correct staff account.
