Once the date format is configured, it applies to your entire store, not just your account. All staff members using POS Time Tracker in Shopify Admin will see dates and times in the selected format.
Where to Change the Date Format
Log in to Shopify Admin.
Open the POS Time Tracker app.
Go to Settings.
Locate the Date Format section (near the Timezone setting).
Select your preferred date format from the list.
The change takes effect immediately and will update how dates and times appear across all reports and time entries.

Default Date Format
If you don’t select a date format, the default will be:
December 14th 2024, 2:30:45 pm EST
This default includes the time zone abbreviation (based on your store’s timezone setting).
Timezone Still Applies: Changing the date format does not affect your store’s timezone setting; it only changes how the date and time are displayed.
Time Inputs Use Browser Settings: Time input fields (such as when selecting clock-in or clock-out times) are controlled by each user’s browser or device system settings. This may affect how the time picker appears, independent of the selected date format.
