Why Set a Time Zone?
Reports and clock entry submissions in differing time zones can cause confusion, leading to misunderstandings or errors when reviewing staff clock-ins, clock-outs, and activity logs. Setting your preferred time zone ensures all time-related data is clear, consistent, and easy to interpret.
Steps to Set Your Preferred Time Zone
Navigate to Settings:
From your Shopify admin, open the POS Time Tracker app and click on Settings.Locate Time Zone Setting:
Within the Settings page, find the Time Zone option.Select Your Time Zone:
Click on the dropdown menu and select your preferred time zone from the list provided.Save Your Changes:
After selecting your time zone, ensure your selection is saved automatically or click Save if prompted.

After setting your preferred time zone, all your POS Time Tracker reports, clock entry forms, and related data will be displayed consistently in your selected time zone, simplifying your review and management process.
