Navigate to Staff Page
Adding or modifying clock entries all happen in the staff view page. To get there, follow the instructions below:
1. Open POS Time Tracker in Shopify Admin
Only Shopify Admin users can create or edit clock entries.
2. Go to Staff
In the sidebar, choose Staff to see a list of employees.
3. Pick the Staff Member
Click the staff member whose shift you want to add or adjust. Their Shifts table appears.
Entries must follow chronological order: Clock-in → Break Start → Break End → Clock-out.
You can’t create a new shift if the employee already has an open shift (two clock-ins in a row).
If validation fails, review the times to ensure they don’t overlap and appear in the correct sequence.
